When living in a country thousands of miles away, it can become very difficult to research, discover and choose trustworthy and credible service providers in India out of the millions of options that you have at your disposal. Why have we launched easidesi - India at a Click?

The co-founders themselves are Global Indians and have been living outside India for years. They have faced difficulties in addressing their needs in India e.g., Property Management, Documentation support, Medical help for family, Custom Gifting, Tax Advisory, Legal Advisory and so on. Whether it was to know the documentary requirements or the ins and outs of a complex process, it was either their ageing parents, friends, extended family connections or plain and simple Google, that they had to depend on.

It was then that this idea was born to provide a digital enabled human assistant, a one-stop-shop to Global Indians so that they don’t have to look any further.

How does easidesi ensure that the work will get done reliably on-ground in India?

We adopt the following steps to serve our customers – Interact, Understand, Educate, Recommend, Quote, Execute. It is paramount for us to understand your need, educate you on the requirements, recommend from a panel of hand-picked service providers in India, quote the right price and then get the work done should you choose to proceed.

What we do:

  • Bring to you the best-in-class, trustworthy service providers in India so that you don’t have to look around and worry about quality.
  • Serve convenience - Act as your one point of contact so that you don’t have to interact with multiple parties in India.
  • Ensure that expectations are set and met accordingly.
  • Ensure what you have paid for, does not go to waste.
  • Handhold you till the last mile.

What we don’t do:

  • Act as subject matter experts where we are not. We have our expert panel of partners to do that.
  • Make claims that things will get done faster in India. For example: If it takes a certain time to process a government document, then it will still take the same amount of time.
  • Cut corners – We strictly go by the law and regulations of the land.
Why should any Global Indian trust easidesi?

Easidesi is a humble attempt to make a Global Indian’s life easier when it comes to getting their work done in India. It is a start-up incorporated in Dubai, UAE and is co-founded by two ex-bankers who have a combined experience of over 40 years. All we can say is that if you give us a try, you will be quite pleased.

Are easidesi services available through a website?

No. easidesi is only available on a mobile application (android and apple). We have also created a marketing website www.easidesi.com where you can get to know more about us.

Is easidesi free to use?

No. There is a three-month trial period that you are entitled to, from the time you download and register on our mobile application. This is your time to test us out and make as many transactions and then subscribe to an easierge. During this period, you will need to pay for the cost of the transaction you have requested for but not for the subscription.

After the three-month trial period, you will need to purchase a subscription to access the easierge and to access a bouquet of complimentary benefits. Also, by virtue of becoming a subscriber, you will benefit from a special discount on your transaction costs.

Why should I subscribe to easidesi if my needs in India are not frequent?

We understand this and therefore offer a choice between a monthly subscription package and three different annual subscription packages. The monthly option gives you the flexibility to switch on your access to an easierge when you need them the most and then switch the access off for the rest of the year. However, it does not provide you the complimentary benefits.

And if you are one of those who need that peace of mind all year round and want to enjoy the benefits and value packed annual options, you can buy one of the three annual subscriptions on offer.

Will I be able to pay for transactions in the currency of the country I live in?

No. In order to main consistency for all our global customers, the cost of subscription and easierge services will be quoted and payable only in United States Dollar (USD). Moreover, this will simplify the calculation of our rewards program currency, easipoints whose earning calculation is linked to USD spends.

All prices quoted on our marketplace i.e., easipicks will be in Indian Rupees (INR).

Will the price be inclusive of all taxes and fees?


How can I be sure that easidesi will not overcharge me?

We will offer you a service or a product online with a very transparent view on the total price that you will need to pay. If you are not satisfied, then you will have the choice to not progress with your request. Having said this, we will always endeavour to offer you the most competitive price for a particular service.

We may not be the cheapest but we will always strive to be the best. Our singular vision is world class Client Experience.

Government fees and charges in India are standard. Will easidesi be transparent about these types of fees?

We will offer a total landed price for each of our services. Depending on the type of service you choose, a government fee may be included in the total landed price. Whilst, it will not be common practice, we will provide details on such fee types on request.

Will easidesi refund my money if I am not satisfied with its services?

Yes. If the service has not yet been rendered and cost not yet incurred by easidesi. However, if the service has been rendered and cost incurred, unfortunately easidesi will be unable to refund. We have a well-defined Pricing and Refund policy that can be accessed through our Terms and Conditions. This will apply only to individual transactions that you make.

Subscription once purchased is non-refundable.

What are the types of subscription you offer?

After an initial 3-month trial period, you will need to subscribe to one of our 4 subscription tiers to gain access to the easierge and several complimentary benefits.

We offer a choice between a monthly subscription tier (Lite) and three annual subscription tiers (Basic, Ultra and Elite). The monthly option gives you the flexibility to switch on your access to an easierge when you need them the most and then switch the access off for the rest of the year.

And if you are one of those who need that peace of mind all year round and want to enjoy the benefits and value packed annual options, you can buy one of the three annual subscription tiers on offer.

What benefits will I receive as a subscriber?

In addition to the core benefit of having 24/7 access to an easierge, you will be able to avail a wide range of complimentary benefits valid for different tenures. The range of benefits and the tenure will depend on the type of subscription package you purchase.

The good news is that we provide a value back to you which is almost 3 times the price you pay for the subscription. For e.g., if you purchase a subscription package for USD 250/annum, you will receive complimentary benefits worth almost USD 700.

  • Up to 20% discount on transactions that you make on easidesi
  • Share your subscription benefits with your loved ones in India - Nominate up to 3 individuals in India to use your subscription benefits
  • Bonus rewards points
  • Faster earn rate for rewards points for every USD spent on easierge transactions
  • Complimentary benefits across Lifestyle, Health, Travel, Health and Entertainment needs
Can I give my nominee restricted access only?

No. Once you nominate someone in India to gain access to your easidesi membership and also utilise your subscription complimentary benefits, he/she will be able to utilise any benefit from your pool of benefits. The benefits are shared. Therefore, for example if the subscription package you have chosen offers you 2 complimentary airport meet and greet in a year, and your family member in India uses one of them, then you will be left with three more for your use.

Can I cancel or upgrade my subscription at any time?


The monthly and yearly subscription packages will auto renew once the applicable tenure comes to an end. As long as you put in a cancel or upgrade request before the end of the tenure, the auto renew function will be deactivated and the subscription will be cancelled or upgraded respectively.

Can I request for a refund of the price that I pay for the subscription tier at any time?

No. Once you pay for a subscription tier, it remains active for the applicable tenure (monthly or yearly) and you will not be able to ask for a refund.

You can always cancel the subscription before the tenure ends so that it does not auto renew once the tenure ends.

Can I change my subscription package at any time?

No. You cannot change your current package till its tenure is over. However, you can put in a request to upgrade to a higher tier. At the time of auto renewal, you will then be automatically charged for the requested higher tier and switched to the new tier.

Can I roll over my complimentary benefits if I renew my subscription tier?

No. The complimentary benefits need to be fully utilised within the subscription tenure, otherwise they will lapse once the tenure ends. For e.g., if you are entitled to 4 complimentary airport ‘meet & greet’ and 2 are unutilized at the end of your subscription tenure, these 2 complimentary airport ‘meet & greet’ will lapse.

Can I gift my complimentary benefits to someone else other than me?

You certainly can. For e.g., you can utilise a complimentary annual health check-up in India for one of your parents.

  • Where required, the easierge will connect you to an expert advisor say in the case of Tax or Legal matters for example and organize a virtual consultation session.
Will all my interactions with the easierge take place through a chat window?

It all depends on the type of need you have. If it is a simple, straightforward need such as gifting or simple documentation requirements, you may get everything done through the chat window.

However, we understand that there could be instances where you would like to talk to the easierge or hold a video conferencing call. We offer both these communication channels. You can request a call back and/or request for a video conference call to be scheduled.

Easidesi is not only about getting your work done through an easierge. This is why we have created other cool features that you can access without having to subscribe to any of our subscription packages:

Will I need to submit paperwork to appoint service providers in India through easidesi?

For basic services you don’t have to. However, if it is a more complex need such as Legal Matters, Tax Advisory or Wealth Portfolio Management, certain documents may need to be drafted and signed e.g., Vakalatnamas, Power of Attorney, Letter of Authority etc. As we have mentioned before, any and all services provided through easidesi will follow the law and regulations of the land.

Rewards Program
Does easidesi have a rewards program?

Yes. It is called easipoints. You will have the opportunity to earn easipoints for every USD that you spend on easidesi, create an easipoints balance and redeem them on your next easierge purchase. You will also have the opportunity to earn bonus easipoints and earn them at a faster rate should you choose to purchase one of our subscription tiers.

Do note that you will neither be able to earn easipoints for spends on the easipicks marketplace nor redeem them on the easipicks marketplace.

Will I be able to encash my rewards points?

No. The earned easipoints can only be redeemed for easierge transactions.

Will my reward points expire?

Yes. The easipoints earned in a particular calendar year will expire at the end of the next calendar year. This means that you will have anywhere between 12 to 24 months to redeem your easipoints. For e.g., if you earn 1000 easipoints from 01 January 2022 to 31 December 2022, these 1000 easipoints will expire on 31 December 2023.

What do I do if I need support or want to lodge a complaint?
