Your privacy is important to us. At Easidesi Technology Limited ("easidesi"), we take the issue of privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy provides information about the type of personal data that we collect from you, the ways in which we collect it and how we then use it.

This Privacy Policy applies to the easidesi mobile application and all of the related websites, products and services offered, including our plug-ins and browser extensions (collectively, the "easidesi platform" or "platform"), except to the extent such services or updates are accompanied by a new or additional privacy policy, in which case that policy does not alter yours or easidesi platform’s rights relating to pre-updated platform or services.

When used in this Privacy Policy, “easidesi platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Easidesi Technology Limited with whom you are contracting.

This Privacy Policy should be viewed and considered an integral part of the Terms and Conditions that you have agreed and legally bound to and as such, all the terms used in the Terms and Conditions are applicable to this Privacy Policy as well.

Definitions

In this Privacy Policy, the following definitions are used:

  • Personal Information: information about an identifiable individual
  • User or you: the natural person who accesses the easidesi platform
  • Third-Party Services: third party service providers, vendor partners, affiliates, suppliers, professionals
  • Third-Party Sites: Marketplace which is hosted as a separate progressive web application along with links to other websites
  • Easidesi Technology Limited: a company incorporated in Dubai International Financial Centre whose registered office is at Unit GV-00-10-07-OF-02, Level 7, Gate Village Building 10
  • Easidesi platform: the easidesi mobile application and all of the related easidesi platforms, products and services offered, including our plug-ins and browser extensions
  • Data: includes information that you submit on the easidesi platform via the mobile application and the easidesi platform and information which is accessed by Easidesi Technology Limited pursuant to your visit to the easidesi platform
  • Cookie: a small file placed on your computer by the easidesi platform when you either visit, or use certain features of, the easidesi platform.  A cookie generally allows the easidesi platform to “remember” your actions or preference for a certain period of time
  • Data Protection Laws: any applicable law relating to the processing of personal Data in this case, including without limitation -
    • DIFC Data Protection Law Number 5 of 2020;
    • The UAE's Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021 regarding the Protection of Personal Data; and
    • The General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union; and
    • California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA")

1. Your Consent:

Once you click on the ‘Sign Up’ button while registering on the easidesi mobile application or if you browse on www.easidesi.com or access, browse and register on the easidesi platform, you provide your consent to this Privacy Policy.

Important – The easidesi platform includes third party components with separate legal notices or governed by other agreements. In accordance with Article 27(3) of DIFC Data Protection Law Number 5 of 2020; Easidesi Technology Limited hereby notifies the user that we may disclose user information deemed necessary to its affiliates and partners in India and other countries as described in Disclosure of Personal Information Clause. This user information shall be for the sole purpose of fulfilling services and products that the user has purchased through the easidesi platform.

2. Collection of Personal Information:

We collect personal information that you provide us, from third parties, and automatically when you use the easidesi platform. We collect information associated with your device using cookies and similar technologies. We may also receive information about your location.

Information You Provide Us

We collect information that you provide us, including your account and profile information, content you submit or post to the easidesi platform, your purchase information, your communications, and information you provide to us as part of surveys and contests.

Account and Profile Information - When you create an account on the easidesi mobile application and/or register your interest on the easidesi website, we collect information you provide us, like your name, email address, mobile number, postal address, gender, age, profession, household income, nationality, country and city of residence.

Furthermore, for the sole purpose of getting your work done in India effectively serve you better, we also collect information on whether you have an Aadhar Card, a PAN card, if your Aadhar and PAN cards are linked, whether you have parents residing in India, whether you have real estate in India and in what cities, whether you have an India mobile number and if you possess documents that can act as an official proof of your address in India

Except for a certain number of mandatory profile fields, all other information sought from you is optional for you to provide i.e., you are free to provide such information, at your discretion. However, any services outage, non-performance, shortfall occurring due to lack of proper information/data from the user shall not be the responsibility of Easidesi Technology Limited. At all times Easidesi Technology Limited services predominantly are customized to your needs subject to the information provided by you. We may retain your personal information for as long as it may be necessary to fulfill the obligations as required.

Content You Submit - We collect information and content that you submit, post to, or create in the easidesi platform, including your photos, comments, reviews, searches and purchase history.

Purchases - If you purchase subscriptions, services and/or products, we collect certain information in order to complete your purchases, sales, and payments, such as your phone number, address, and payment method (for example, credit or debit card).

Communications – When you communicate with us (via email, call back requests, through the easidesi platform chat, or otherwise) and when you use the easidesi platform to communicate with others, we may record, monitor, or otherwise collect details about your communications (including call time, and call duration). We will obtain your consent in accordance with applicable law before recording or monitoring any of these calls.

Surveys and Contests - If you participate in our surveys, contests, or promotions, we will collect the information you provide to us.

Information from Others

We collect information that others make available to us, including information from other platforms, publicly available information, information from other users of the easidesi platform, information from our partners, service providers, and corporate affiliates, and information from third-party sites.

Other Platforms - We may receive information about you from third-party platforms when you allow the third-party platform to share this information with us or allow the easidesi platform to obtain this information from the third party. For example, you may sign-up for the easidesi platform using your mobile phone, laptop, personal computer or a tablet through Facebook/ Meta, Google, or Apple; upload your contacts from your third-party email service; use the easidesi platform (or a third-party integration on the easidesi platform) to manage your calendar on another platform or to manage and send communications (e.g., email or text messages).

Publicly Available Information - We may collect information about you from publicly available sources and where permitted by applicable law or with your permission, make it available as part of the easidesi platform. For example, we may receive your name and contact information from industry associations and dealer networks in which you participate and display your affiliation with these organizations. We also may collect and display the details of any license you have using publicly available records.

Other Users and Customers - Others may post content on the easidesi platform that includes information about you (for example, as part of photos and reviews) or provide us your information in connection with using the easidesi platform (e.g., participate in referral programs, and to advertise through the easidesi platform). However, you shall have the right to report abuse or request removal of any content, featuring you from the easidesi platform. The easidesi team shall review your request and respond accordingly. In order to enhance the quality of the easidesi platform, third party service providers may provide us information about your engagement with them, including whether you have contacted them or responded to them.

Our Partners and Service Providers - We may receive information about you from our partners and service providers. For example, our third-party payment gateway provider may update your payment information, advertising partners may help us send communications to your address, and third parties may help us prevent fraud by verifying your contact information.

Automatically Collected Information

Each time you access the easidesi platform, information is sent to our server by your Internet browser or app and stored in our log files. We collect information about your use of the easidesi platform, including your search activity, the pages you view, the date and time of your visit, and if you use our browser extensions, the content you interact with on third-party sites and how you navigate and interact with a page or screen. We also collect information that your device provides to us in connection with your use of the easidesi platform, such as your browser type, type of device, browser language, IP address, mobile carrier, unique device identifier, and requested and referring URLs.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies in connection with your use of the easidesi platform to collect information related to what you see and interact with on the easidesi platform and other platform access and use. Please see our Cookie Policy for more information on our use of cookies and how to accept or opt-out of cookies, but please note that unless required by law, we do not change system behavior within the easidesi platform in response to browser requests not to be tracked.

Location Information

We will receive your device's location if you enable this through your browser or mobile device. We may infer your general location from your IP address. You may also choose to provide us your location information by inputting this information in the easidesi platform.

3. Use of Information:

We use the personal information we collect to provide, support, and personalize the easidesi platform and to communicate with you about the easidesi platform (on and off the easidesi platform). The ways we do this include the following:

  • to provide and improve the easidesi platform and its features and functionality, including to fulfill your purchases through the easidesi platform, process, store, and deliver your communications; to provide customer service and support; to respond to your inquiries or requests; to back-up our systems; and to improve the security of the easidesi platform;
  • to evaluate use of the easidesi platform for our business purposes and to provide and improve our products and services;
  • to personalize your experience, such as tailoring the content and information made available to you and our support services;
  • to display relevant advertising (on the easidesi platform and third-party sites) for us and other businesses and to evaluate the success of such advertising;
  • to provide feedback to third party service providers on the easidesi platform;
  • to communicate with you as described in our agreements with you (for example, the Terms and Conditions) or this Privacy Policy;
  • to prevent fraud and to maintain a quality experience for our business purposes or legal reasons, including to filter for spam and communications that violate our agreements with you;
  • to enforce compliance with our agreements with you and applicable law; to comply with our legal obligations; to prosecute or defend a lawsuit, arbitration, or similar legal proceeding; to respond to lawful requests by public authorities (including national security or law enforcement requirements);
  • to perform research and analysis for our business purposes; and
  • to award badges and similar designations and if you decide to participate, to administer surveys, contests, and promotions.
  • If you provide us information about your contacts (for example, when you sign up for the easidesi platform through Facebook), in order to facilitate a more connected experience, we may inform your contacts who have accounts on the easidesi platform that you also have joined the easidesi platform and follow them on your behalf so that you may view their public activities on the easidesi platform.

We may use your communications generally for quality assurance purposes and training and to improve our products and services. We may use your communications to understand and help manage the quality of requests received, and responses sent, by professionals and sellers on the easidesi platform and to provide them with feedback.

We may use automated technology to review your communications and improve user experience. The easidesi platform may use automated technology to review communications to the easidesi platform or made through our platform to provide the best user experience. For example, our technology may do the following:

Scan messages to detect spam or help facilitate communications to improve your user experience (e.g., by suggesting responses or other message content); and review calls that we make to you for quality control and training.

We may use your log-in information, cookie information, device information, IP addresses, and other information to identify you and log your use across devices, the easidesi platform, and third-party sites. We may use this information to personalize your experience on the easidesi platform.

For your convenience, we and our third-party payment gateway providers will store information about the payment method you use in connection with the Platform. Note that while our payment processors may store your complete credit card number, the easidesi platform does not do so.

Information collected for marketing purposes shall be used for such purposes only. We will not use Personal Information that you have disclosed to us other than for purposes listed in this policy.

4. Disclosure and sharing of your Personal Information:

One of the main purposes of asking users to register on the easidesi platform and create their profile is to be able to understand their circumstances better and serve them better. We do not rent or sell your personal information to third parties to use for their direct marketing purposes. We share personal information in the following ways:

Third-Party Services, Third-Party Sites:

If you purchase a subscription, service or a product on the easidesi platform, your personal information will be made available to those Third-Party Services and Third-Party Sites that will be instrumental in fulfilling the service or deliver the product to you.

We may share your personal data as reasonably needed for our uses described in this Privacy Policy. We ask our Third-Party Services and Third- Party Sites to limit their use of that information for use on behalf of the easidesi platform and for improving their services and products (in a de-identified form if legally required). You can find more information below about our Third-Party Services and Third-Party Sites with whom we may share your information.

The easidesi platform uses Third-Party Services and Third-Party Sites to help us operate and deliver on our core aggregator business model. We ask third parties to help us perform the following types of services:

  • Service fulfillment and delivery
  • Product sales, fulfillment and delivery
  • Marketing services
  • IT services
  • Fraud detection
  • Customer Lifecycle Management
  • Improve our services
  • Payment Processing
  • Telecommunications

We also use Third-Party Services to perform the following types of services as explained in our Cookie Policy and as a result, they may have access to your personal information.

  • Measure and understand usage of our mobile applications, website, and emails
  • Advertise and measure advertising performance
  • Credit our advertising partners for referrals
  • Website related services

Under certain data protection laws like the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), certain third-party services and sites that help us operate our platform are considered controllers of personal data. This means they are responsible for the processing of your personal data (either independently or together with easidesi platform as a joint controller) pursuant to their respective privacy notices and practices. For example, these third-party services and sites may have an independent relationship with you or need to use your data to fulfill their regulatory requirements.

If you have purchased a product from the easipicks marketplace (third-party sites), your shipping information will be made available to the third-party seller. These third-party sellers are considered controllers of your shipping information. Please reference your order confirmation email to find the third-party seller’s name.

Only if you specifically agree to share your contact information with a third-party service or third-party site, for example, as part of a contest or promotion we sponsor with such third party, will we share your contact information with that third-party partner for their direct marketing purposes.

In addition, we may share information about you with third-party platforms when you allow the third-party platform to receive this information from us. The easidesi platform may include third-party social media features and other third-party plug-ins and widgets. When these features are displayed on our platform, they are operated or hosted by third parties and are subject to their own privacy policies instead of this Privacy Policy. For example, you may sign-up for our platform through Facebook, Google, or Apple.

Advertisers and Ad Networks

We use advertising networks and partners to serve advertisements for us, including interest-based advertising, on third-party sites and to assist us in evaluating the effectiveness of our advertising. We may also work with advertising networks and partners to serve ads on the easidesi platform and to communicate with you at the addresses they have for you. We may provide advertising networks, advertising partners, and businesses advertising on our platform with aggregate information but other than hashed information or device identifiers, we do not disclose your name, contact information, or other personal information. For example, we may provide a hashed version of your email address or other information to advertising networks (e.g., Facebook and Google) to serve advertisements to you or others. To opt-out of the use of your information for this purpose, please send a request by emailing us on support@easidesi.com

We and the businesses advertising on the easidesi platform, advertising networks, and advertising partners may also use cookies or similar technologies to track your activities on our platform and other online properties in order to provide you with tailored ads across websites, apps, and devices and to understand how those ads perform. Corporate Affiliates and Business Transfers

We may share information from or about you with (a) joint ventures or other companies’ part of the Easidesi Technology Limited or (b) a potential or actual acquirer, successor, or assignee as part of any reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer, or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets, or stock (including in bankruptcy or similar proceedings). In these cases, their use will be subject to this Privacy Policy.

Legal Obligations

We may disclose information from or about you, as required or permitted by applicable law, if we believe that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to (a) comply with legal process and law enforcement instructions and orders, such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute, judicial proceeding, or other legal process served on us, a service provider, or a partner (which may include disclosure to law enforcement, courts, or governmental authorities); (b) prevent, investigate, or identify possible wrongdoing in connection with our Platform; (c) protect our rights, reputation, property, or that of our visitors, users, corporate affiliates, or the public; or (d) enforce compliance with our agreements with you.

Other disclosures

We may share your personal data with:

  • Easidesi Technology Limited affiliates and third parties located in India and other countries to assist them to reach out to you in relation to their programs or campaigns (including marketing and sales) and to process your query/requests
  • Our employees, vendors, agents and professional advisors working on our behalf and
  • Service-providers who assist in protecting and securing our systems including to prevent or stop an attack on our computer systems or networks and provide services to us which require the processing of personal data, such as to host your information or to process your information for data profiling and user analysis.

5. Communications:

An essential part of our services that you sign up for when you create an account on the easidesi platform is to receive communications from us through email, SMS, WhatsApp and our platform. If you use our mobile app and our website or provide us with your cell phone number, these communications also include text messages and push notifications. We communicate with you about your account, privacy, and interactions. We may also ask for your feedback about your experience in connection with our platform. In accordance with applicable law, we may send you marketing communications (e.g., with tips, offers, and similar services) from Easidesi Technology Limited. These communications may feature us, the easidesi platform, co-branded products and services, professionals, sellers, and other businesses on our platform.

If you provide us your phone number, we may call and otherwise contact you to help you with making us understand your needs. You may change your communication preferences at any time through the easidesi mobile app settings. You may also opt-out of marketing emails from us directly by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ button within the email.

To opt-out of our text messages at any time, you can follow the instructions provided in the text message, which typically is to reply “STOP.” You may opt-out of sales and marketing phone calls from us by letting us know during the call or by contacting us at support@easidesi.com.

Please be aware that you cannot opt-out of receiving account and privacy-related messages from us. If you wish to stop receiving push notifications from us, you can turn off push notifications for the mobile application in the settings of your mobile device.

6. Your Choices and Rights

We respond to all requests we receive from individuals wishing to exercise their data protection rights in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We may ask you to verify your identity in order to help us respond to your request securely and efficiently.

Even where not legally required, we will use reasonable efforts to complete requests to access or delete your personal information.

To edit your personal information, you can manage your profile on the easidesi mobile app. You may also contact us about correcting or updating your personal information (including your marketing preferences) by emailing us at support@easidesi.com. We will consider your request in accordance with applicable laws.

7. Account Termination and Data Retention

You can deactivate your easidesi mobile app account at any time by going to the mobile app settings. When you deactivate your account, you will cease to provide ongoing or future data to us that is associated with your account. Your easidesi platform profile will no longer be accessible on the platform but your photos, reviews, and other content may still be available through our platform. In order to request permanent deletion of the personal information associated with your account, please contact us by emailing us on support@easidesi.com

We will keep your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we are processing your personal information unless the law permits or requires us to retain your personal information for a longer period. For example, we may need to keep your personal data for quality assurance purposes for our platform or to defend future legal claims. We also will retain de-identified information after your account has been deleted. Information you have shared with others will remain visible after your account has been deactivated or deleted and after the information has been deleted from your own profile or account. We do not control information or content that others have copied out of our platform. Please note that copies of information that you have updated, modified, or deleted may continue to reside in our systems for a period of time, and we may maintain copies of this information as part of our business records.

8. Children

The easidesi platform is intended for general audiences and is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 18, we will take appropriate steps to delete that information. If you become aware or believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us on support@easidesi.com

9. Data Security

We use reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, taking into account the risks involved in the processing and the nature of the personal information.

10. Updates to this Privacy Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version of our Privacy Policy will govern our use of information about you. If we make material changes to our Privacy Policy, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the easidesi platform or by other means, to offer you an opportunity to review the changes before they become effective. By continuing to access or use our platform after those changes become effective, you are subject to the revised Privacy Policy.

12. Transfers of Personal Information

Easidesi Technology Limited is a global organization, headquartered in United Arab Emirates (UAE), with service providers, corporate affiliates, and operations in several countries. In order to provide you with the services you sign up for by creating an account or visiting our platform, your personal information will be transferred to and processed in the UAE (or any other country where we, our corporate affiliates, agents, and service providers operate). Data protection laws differ among jurisdictions, and the UAE and these other jurisdictions may not provide the same level of protection for personal information as your jurisdiction of residence. For example, your information may be required to be disclosed to law enforcement or government authorities under the laws of those jurisdictions.

If you are from the European Economic Area ("EEA") and we transfer your personal information to countries outside of the EEA, we will take appropriate steps to ensure your personal information is afforded the same level of protection as described in this Privacy Policy and provided by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable law. To ensure an adequate level of data protection and to achieve the highest possible level of transparency we will notify you promptly, where possible, if we:

  • receive a legally binding request from a public authority, including judicial authorities, under the laws of the country of destination for the disclosure of your personal data; such notification shall include information about the personal data requested, the requesting authority, the legal basis for the request and the response provided; or
  • become aware of any direct access by public authorities to your personal data in accordance with the laws of the country of destination; such notification shall include all information available to us.
  • are prohibited from notifying you under the applicable laws, we agree to use our reasonable best efforts to obtain a waiver of the prohibition, with a view to communicating as much information as possible, as soon as possible. We will document our efforts in order to be able to describe them to you if requested. Where permissible under applicable laws, we will provide, at regular intervals, with as much relevant information as possible on the requests received (in particular, number of requests, type of data requested, requesting authorities, whether requests have been challenged and the outcome of such challenges, etc.).

13. Additional Information for Individuals from the European Economic Area (EEA)

If you are from the EEA, our legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy will depend on the personal information concerned and the specific context in which we collect it. We collect and use your information for a variety of business purposes that are in our legitimate interests, in order to enter into or perform a contract with you, with your consent, or to comply with our legal obligations.

If we have collected and processed your personal information with your consent, then you can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

If you wish to learn more about specific legal grounds, we rely on to process your information for any particular purpose (including any legitimate interests we have to process this information), please contact us on support@easidesi.com.

For example, we rely on our legitimate interests to process information for direct marketing purposes and for fraud prevention and detection, provided these interests are not overridden by your data protection interests or fundamental rights and freedoms.

Easidesi Technology Limited takes reasonable steps to ensure that the data we collect is reliable for its intended use, accurate, complete, and up to date. In addition to the rights described in the Your Choices and Rights section, you have additional rights in relation to your personal information, including the right to object to, or to ask us to restrict, the processing of your personal information. You can exercise these rights by contacting us on support@easidesi.com. You also can deactivate your easidesi mobile app profile through your settings.

You can complain to a data protection authority about our collection and use of your personal information in relation to the GDPR and other applicable law. For more information, and to submit a GDPR complaint, please contact your local data protection authority.

Your rights under GDPR:

Below, you will find additional privacy information that you may find important. Easidesi Technology Limited adheres to applicable data protection laws in the European Economic Area (subject as well to amendments from time to time), which if applicable includes the following rights in relation to your data:

  • Right to access - the right to request
    • copies of the information we hold about you at any time, or
    • that we modify, update or delete such information.
  • If we provide you with access to the information we hold about you, we will not charge you for this, unless your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive. Where we are legally permitted to do so, we may refuse your request.  If we refuse your request, we will tell you the reasons why.
  • Right to correct - the right to have your Data rectified if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Right to erase - the right to request that we delete or remove your Data from our systems.
  • Right to restrict our use of your Data - the right to limit the way in which we can use it.
  • Right to data portability - the right to request that we move, copy or transfer your Data.
  • Right to object - the right to object to our use of your Data including where we use it for our legitimate interests.

14. Additional Information for Individuals from California

This section provides notice and specific information for California consumers to address the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA").

We collect the following categories of personal information from you:

  • Contact information and other identifiers (for example, real name, address, email address, mobile phone number or other similar identifiers);
  • User ID or device identifiers (for example, IP address or other similar identifiers);
  • Protected classifications (but only gender, age range, which you choose to provide);
  • Purchase history and preferences (for example, records of products or services purchased or considered);
  • Usage data (for example, internet activity information, including browsing history and interactions with a website or advertisement);
  • Precise geolocation data (for example, latitude/longitude from a particular device, but only with your consent);
  • Audiovisual information (for example, visual, audio, or similar information, only if you choose to provide this information);
  • Work history (for example, professional information, if this information is provided).

We do not disclose your data in exchange for money except at your request or direction. For California residents, the CCPA defines "selling" personal information to include providing it to a third party in exchange for valuable services. We disclose information to certain third parties in exchange for valuable services, such as advertising services, which may constitute a "sale" under the CCPA. You may opt-out of this disclosure of your data for commercial purposes here.

As provided in our Terms and Condition, use of the easidesi platform by anyone under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited. Consequently, we do not knowingly disclose information regarding individuals under 18 years of age to third parties in exchange for consideration.

In addition to the rights described above and in the Your Choices and Rights section, California consumers may also, up to twice every 12 months and subject to certain exceptions, request us to provide information about how we have used and shared their personal information in the prior 12 months. You may exercise the following rights:

  • Right to Know and Access. You may submit a verifiable request for information regarding the: (1) categories of Personal Information we collect, use, or share; (2) purposes for which categories of Personal Information are collected or used by us; (3) categories of sources from which we collect Personal Information; and (4) specific pieces of Personal Information we have collected about you.
  • Right to Equal Service. We will not discriminate against you if you exercise your privacy rights.
  • Right to Delete. You may submit a verifiable request to close your account and we will delete Personal Information about you that we have collected.
  • Request that a business that sells a consumer's personal data, not sell the consumer's personal data.

15. Data Protection Officer

In line with the GDPR and other major data protection laws around the world, Easidesi Technology Limited shall have in place a permanent Data Protection Officer, at all times.

Inter alia, the Data Protection Officer shall have the following tasks, for and on behalf of Easidesi Technology Limited:

  1. Ensuring that controllers and data subjects are informed about their data protection rights, obligations and responsibilities and raise awareness about them; and
  2. Creating and maintaining register/s of processing operations within Easidesi Technology Limited and notify the European Data Protection Supervisor (EDPS) (or such other competent body, under any other applicable law) those that present specific risks (so-called prior checks); and
  3. Ensuring data protection compliance within Easidesi Technology Limited and help the entity become accountable in this respect; and
  4. Handling queries or complaints on request by the institution, the controller, other person(s), or on her own initiative; and
  5. Cooperating with the EDPS (responding to his requests about investigations, complaint handling, inspections conducted by the EDPS, etc.) or such other competent body, under any other applicable law; and
  6. Monitor and draw the attention of Easidesi Technology Limited to any failure to comply with the applicable data protection rules.
